Picks up energy !

This hits HARD! I had my concerns before starting, but decided to go for it. I got the Cherry Limeade and used 1 scoop, 12 oz of water. SUPER TART, but super delicious. This doesn't make "your weights feel lighter" or any of that crap, but it gives you a TON of energy to push through your workouts. You will still feel your reps 100%, but it's like you get a bionic upgrade. 10/10 so far. For some background on me so you can use your best judgement: - I'm a 32 year old male, 5'9", overweight. - Previous history of lifting and HIIT-based workouts but fell off the wagon once I got my desk job 7 years ago. - I used to take SuperPump 250 back then, but have not taken pre-workouts since I had stopped working out. - I currently have no more than 2 cups of coffee a day. - Been back into working out (lifting and HIIT) for 6 weeks now. - Workouts are in the AM, about 1 hour after waking. - Generally get about 6.5 hours of sleep per night For some timestamps on one scoop before my workout, Workout is shoulder day with HIIT: 0-7 min Tastes great, no stomach issues yet, off to walk my dog. ~10 min My face is starting to tingle, starting to feel a little light headed, and feels like time is slowing. Not foreign to this feeling, but let's push through. ~15 min Face is hot, spacey, and starting to feel like I was going to regret my decision. But convinced I am just freaking out because this is the first day. Push through. ~20 min Got used to the effects and they are starting to dwindle slightly. But I have an intense rush of energy and feel like I can get going. ~30 min Side effects pretty much wear off, ready for workout and feel good. ~During 40 min workout I have energy to get through all my sets and squeeze out more. Weights don't feel any lighter, and I am still feeling all my reps. But it's like I have wayyyyy more motivation to not give up. ~Post workout No crash, no jitters, sweating A LOT tho. No coffee will be needed, and no gastro effects. ~3 hours into workday Focused, and feel great! Will update this throughout my experience.

***UPDATED REVIEW*** My first initial usage, 1 scoop at two different times, showed no slight of energy increase as stated in the original review below this one. Second day, I took two scoops with 6oz - 8oz water, and yes, I felt that energy, not too over the top, energy and getting the sweats a little. Totally different experience from the day before. So, I'll give this NITRO SURGE a solid 3 STAR to be fair. ***Original Review*** Nothing. Zilch! I think at this point in taking pre work out powders and at one time, capsules for many years, my body is way too immune to these stimulants. I didn't feel a thing, and that's with me taking two scoops. Thought I would tray something new. I'll go back to Six Star, at least I feel a little something in my work out routines.

Definitely catch an energy buzz! Don’t know if it necessarily helps out with anything else yet. But I definitely notice a substantial energy buzz that lasts about two hours probably the high caffeine. If you do use two scopes it will give you the tingles.
