UPDATE: 100 miles on this battery and it still rocks. Wish I had gone with the 52v over 48v for a bit more power, but really it performs perfectly.ORIGINAL POST: I originally was afraid this battery was too good to be true as it has everything I wanted at a great price. 21700 Tesla cells, on/off switch, slow charger, phone charger, lock, BMS. I haven’t opened up the inside but it works really well, I just wish it came with some XT60 connectors already attached, if you don’t have a crimper you’ll need to buy one along with some butt splice connectors and heat shrink tubing. For for the price and given their very responsive service I can’t ask for more!

I bought this battery to go with my Bafang BBS02B mid drive. So far, I am very impressed. It was shipped very fast, well packaged and documented with instructions. I commute 25 miles a day in the Washington, DC area, and when I get home my battery is still at 50-60%. I rarely peddle, this battery is a beast! I'll update the review after one year, but so far I am very satisfied with my purchase.Here's where this seller really shines: Customer Service. I mistakenly bought the wrong battery, but after just one email, I received a lightning fast response from a kind and knowledgeable Joyisi representative. He guided me through the return process and even sent a screen shot to confirm that the refund had been issued. He really went above and beyond. I'd gladly do business with Joyisi again.

I bought this battery with high hopes and it has exceeded my expectations. It was packaged nicely and arrived so quick! The base that comes with the pack feels nice and strong. I ended up mounting it onto the down tube of an aluminum mountain bike frame. The battery is a bit heavy since it is such high capacity. I decided to add a couple extra water bottle bosses by drilling into the bike frame and adding inserts. Now the battery is mounted super secure. I've been hitting some hard trails with this battery and it has great discharge characteristics. At max charge it sits at 54.6v. The BMS seems to be doing a great job keeping things running good. The charger that comes with the battery does a good job too. Overall a fantastic product!

I went 24 miles o this supposedly 45 mile battery well 24 miles in to my ride I ran out of battery on a fully charged battery. I peddled back 3 miles with no battery. I paid over 500. dollars for this 45 mile battery and went 2 miles past my smaller battery. Do not buy for anything more than 20 miles.

I purchased this battery as an add-on to my down tube battery for long distance rides. Easy installation and everything I needed was in the kit. Fast shipping and I could not have been more pleased. The battery charged and I never had any issues with it running my Bafang BS02. I constructed the custom e-Beach Cruiser last year which was stolen a few months ago. (Yes, It was Chained up in a garage). I had removed my very dependable Joyisi Battery and It was spared. I contacted the folks at Joyisi to see if they could sell me a replacement kit, minus the battery. They are currently fulfilling this request. Who does this? What good people and great service. Do not hesitate to buy from this company.UPDATE: The company sold me all the parts I needed to build another Ebike using my old Joyisi battery. I would definitely do business with them again. Was having issue that was completely my fault in that you must have the key in the on position to charge the unit (can be removed). Contacted customer care and they responded quickly with some things to check and am now ready to install the unit and get on the road. Thank you for your quick response. Instructions in the package are pretty vague.

Unfortunately, two of these have now died in a the last year with VERY light use (300 +/- miles). I have sent it out to be rebuilt as I have designed my rack mount for this housing. Could be cheap cells, but my money is on cheap electronics and or connections. But, I would not purchase again. Once I have the update from the rebuilder on what went "wrong" I will update the review.
