Nice quality
These are nice butter paddles. Perfect size and saves your butter from getting warmed up in your hands. I find it easier to add whatever I’m adding to my butter and mix in using these paddles.

A MUST HAVE IF YOU MAKE FRESH SWEET CREAM BUTTER OFTEN
These butter paddles make working the whey out of the butter after rinsing much easier. They also facilitate working through and shaping the butter after adding sea salt and/or herbs/spices. I have ordered two sets!
