Perfect I have been waiting years for this inversion table I have 2 compressed vertebrate I don't go fully inverted but just enough to take the pressure of and it's helps with the pain a lot. It's very sturdy and I'm not the lightest person and yes it's not cheap but you get what you pay for.

I bought this for my partner as he has been suffering from severe pain due to slipped discs and nerve damage. It’s not a quick fix but we’ve definitely noticed improvements. It’s a very good quality piece of kit and incredibly sturdy. He weighs around 21 stone and it holds him with ease. Would definitely recommend this to anyone suffering from similar issues.

I have suffered for some time with a dysfunctional SI joint which regularly "popped out" leaving me in a lot of pain and almost unable to walk. COVID has meant that getting treatment has been somewhat restricted. So finally I decided to take matters into my own hands and started researching different inversion tables. A shortlist was not difficult as I needed the security of locking in my feet/ankles and to be able to do this without too much of a bend or strain. I also wanted one that was ultra-stable and offered strength and rigidity in the supporting frame. Teeter appeared to be the go-to brand if money was no object.....but way outside of my budget! But their models were a good reference point for my research when making comparisons. The EXERPEUTIC 975SL had everything I required at a better price point, was easy to build and gave a complete novice at using inversion tables the confidence to try this seemingly difficult manoeuvre. It took a little time to master the tilt by lifting the arms but once you've got this, it's straight forward. I listened to recommendations to start with very short sessions and build these up. It didn't take long to realise this was one of the best purchases I have ever made since having a lower back issue. I can finally move again with confidence that my back is not going to give way! Slowly but surely I am improving after every session. It works for me!

This is brilliant. After only a few days I’ve had a substantial improvement on my lower back issues which are spinal stenosis and ruptured disks. 8 years ago I was furniture walking because of pain and had little hope and reading reviews on inversion tables as last ditch attempt I bought this. I have hope now and I’m looking forward to using it and based on these first few days I think it will work as I had prayed it would.

Very sturdy good quality easy to assemble comfortable to use my wife likes it would recommend the lock is good and feet clamp is easy to use.

Es la primera tabla de inversión que compro, pasé mucho tiempo para decidirme, ya que me parecía cara, investigué otras mas baratas, pero no me convencían, puedo variar el ángulo de inclinación lo que yo quiera sin necesidad de bajarme y hacer algún cambio. Para sujetar los pies, me parece de lo mejor, muy cómodo.

Le choix a été difficile. Je m'étais démoli les chevilles sur une table avec fixe cheville classique que m'avait prêté un ami. A éviter. Donc, quelques heures de recherche plus loin, je me suis arrêté à ce modèle. Beaucoup plus cher que prévu, mais si c'est pour avoir peur de monter dessus à cause de la douleur, vaut mieux passer son chemin et essayer d'autres méthodes pour se relaxer le dos. Déjà, paquet reçu en parfait état, ensuite, le montage !! alors là, bluffé par la visibilité des pièces , toutes rangées par étape, sous blister ( voir photos ) et, même un gosse de 5 ans arriverait à assembler le tout. Moins de 30 minutes plus tard, l'engin était monté !!! J'ai quelques clefs à cliquet et ça m'a aidé à aller plus vite. On compte 10 minutes de plus plus pour le déballage et le rangement après. Impression de solidité, de sérieux, tous les trous sont en face, rien à bidouiller, du haut de gamme sans problème. Pour déplacer la table vers son lieu de villégiature, je l'ai plié. et là aussi facile comme tout, elle sera donc facilement rangeable le jour ou j'aurais l'utilité de la pièce autrement. Par contre vaut mieux être 2 pour la déplacer , il y a quand même 32 kg. Ensuite , l'étape suivante, c'était de monter dessus. Pas déçu du tout, les chevilles sont complètement épargnées, aucune douleur, mise en place facile, le frein est extraordinaire et permet d'attraper l'angle qu'on veut ou celui où on se sent le mieux, le matelas est épais, confortable. Que du bonheur !!! Maintenant à voir, au cours de l'utilisation, comment ma table va vieillir, mais je ne m'inquiète pas vraiment. Alors si vous avez un budget qui permet ce genre de table d'inversion, c'est LA table qu'il vous faut . merci Mr Exerpeutic.

The first part of this review deals with the assembly instructions. I have assembled many things throughout the years. These instructions are very simple, easy to understand and well put together. The nuts and bolts that you need are nicely divided per step on the manual. Secondly, I want to comment on how this inversion table has helped me in the short amount of time I've had it (one week and three days). You should know that I've had back trouble off and on for many years. The last two times I hurt my back, I was in a lot of pain and went to different chiropractors and doctors. A doctor wanted to put me on strong pills which I refused. One chiropractor fed me a whole line crap about how he could help me and I would need to see him twice a week for 8 weeks at an exorbitant cost. One chiropractor did help me greatly but I kept going to him at an as-needed basis. Although I wasn't taking strong pills from a doctor, I had started taking two Aleve a day for the pain, which sometimes helped and other times I couldn't tell the difference. I was also contemplating surgery. A friend who has an inversion table similar to this one told me to get on their inversion table whenever I needed to until I could get my own. I decided to try it, but since I didn't want to impose, I didn't do it very often. The one they have also has the hand brake/lock (that's I what I call it, it probably has an official name to it.). The advantage of the hand brake/lock is that you don't have to pre-set an angle. When you reach the desired angle, you just lock it into place. Then when you're ready to get upright, you loosen the brake and tilt yourself forward with the use of the side bars. It's that simple. The cushions that hold your feet are very, very soft in comparison to my friend's inversion table, too. That's one of the reasons I bought this particular table. One more things, it's also very, very sturdy. I was in a lot of pain before buying this and when I was putting it together, that's why I called a friend to help me put it together. I've been getting on it twice a day for about 2 to 3 minutes each time to a comfortable inclination. The result has been that I'm feeling better and better each day. I have either very little pain or none at all. I'm also able to do sit-ups when I'm inclined which is helping strengthen my core tremendously. Just keep the following in mind. You don't want to overdo it when you first get at inversion table. You can actually hurt yourself or damage your back if you incline all the way back to a vertical position. You can find a lot of advice on this online and on YouTube. Bottom line, if you have back pain, are taking pain pills, going to chiropractors and doctors you're wasting a lot of your money and you're obtaining no long-lasting results. Do yourself a big favor in your life today and buy yourself a good inversion table like this one. I have no regrets on the cost. My only regret is not buying one of these years ago. You'll be more active. Your mood will change, too

Da ich gewichtsmäßig eher im oberen Bereich zu verorten bin, hab ich zur Sicherheit eine hochwertige Lösung gesucht und wurde mit diesem Gerät nicht enttäuscht. Stabil, gute Qualität, einfach aufzubauen und ein tolles Gefühl, wenn man sich dort einhängen kann.
