My waist is 33-34 which size should i order ?

Hi, I have a 35/36" waist, gym worked legs, so need a bit more room in the butt. I ordered xl, and was tight. (to tight to be seen in public) I would suggest and xl for you, unless you have very slender hips and a smaller butt. Otherwise, if an average guy, I would get and xl. These run very small, but a good look and nice material. Hope this helps.

I’m 5’5”. Muscular and lean. 31 waist. What size?

It depends on how you want to look in them. I’m 5’8” 28” waist and the small fits awesome. From this I can say if yoga 30-32” waist you need medium

I'm 6,1 and 222 lbs what size should i get l or xl? My regular size is 36x32

I'm 6"3" 180 lbs and I bought lg and they fit great. I would suggest xl for you.
