Simple Ball Bearing Pulley for Lifting Rope Exercise Well Home Gym Swivel Rigging

Product is good in this price range .The pulley which I got is of metal. Pulley is strong enough for holding weight more than 100 kg .But delivery charges are very high otherwise it is a very good option.

Great for home gym. Cant handle very heavy weights but it's best for isolation movements which use lighter weights. Its best for Tricep pushdown, curls, cable lateral raise etc. Could be used for lat pulldown but you may have to work unilaterally, one arm at a time as it may not be able to handle more than 30-40 kilos. Great temporary solution for people who are working out temporarily at home amd waiting for gym to open. For guys who have a full on home gym, and workout at home, this is not recommended for them. Invest in a cable setup.

The picture they show .....it's not like that as u guys can see it's small in size .....but it's strong It's pure iron no ball bearing that's an advantage beacuaue ball bearing may get broken ....but pure iron is something a way better choice..but size is small.guys ..u can clearly see in pics

This is a good product which becomes very useful when you have to raise heavy items. Ball bearings make the pully work smoothly. The whole thing weighs only about 300gms so that it is easy to carry it around. The hook attached to this is a bit cumbersome when you have to hang it in narrow recesses.

It has been 5 years its still working good, I strongly recommended it

Item came to me is in very poor condition.. Not happy with the item received cause if you pay for this item more than its cost than you need a new and durable item not the cheap and destroyed or poor one.
