Good but it's little big to swallow

All capsules are stuck to each other and do not separate. And the oil comes out of these capsules. Quite a messy one.

Since past few years, I am suffering from high blood pressure, due to my hectic work schedule and unhealthy eating habits, and this was affecting my overall health. On the recommendation of my family doctor I gave supplements a go. I tried a few products but none of them seemed to work for me that’s when I came across Setu fish oil. I started using their fish oil a few weeks back and I am already seeing some good changes in my body I feel more energetic and healthy even without making any drastic changes in my schedule. From an efficacy point of view, not sure how wonderful this product is. But since I have used many fish oil supplements in the past, I found this to be least burp inducing. I have St Botanica's fish oil also, and it would always give me fish burps after an hour. With Setu, I don't get that at all.
