Beautiful, good dupe for bullet pointe
I love these skirts they are flattering and comfortable.YES you have to size up. In any ballet item small is like a 00 medium is a 4 and large is maybe 6-8. It’s just a different sizing world in ballet gear. I got the large and it fits wonderfully. A little longer than I would prefer but I am short and I can roll the waistband without issue. It won’t be comfortable if you aren’t used to dance wear and how it can sometimes be a little tight at the waist. It needs to be so it stays in place for 90 minutes or longer. I wouldn’t buy it if you are worried about the waist being too tight and it not giving a super smooth stomach if that makes sense. I am 5’4 and 130 pounds and it gives me the slightest roll over the very top but that’s only noticeable to me. Also I’m not at a super low body fat percent at the moment having returned to dancing 9 months ago.In general it gives a lovely elegant look. If you have a waist over 30 inches I would get the XL if it’s available. Always go up if you are unsure in Dancewear. Especially when it is less expensive, some go by Asian sizing and their large is like a us medium or small. Even some American brands that are super high end like eleve run very small too. They have a nice curve at the side that makes the leg line look longer while covering the front and back to allow a bit of modesty and comfort. The end is not hemmed it’s simply cut so I am not sure how it will hold up with time and will likely hand wash and lay flat to dry.Bullet Pointe is 36 new not including shipping and people resell them for $30 and that’s just insane in my opinion. I like to have lots of color options so I’d rather have 8 skirts in different colors vs one expensive one in black. I’m an adult dancer though and able to pick what I wear. The waist band is well made and the stitching on the side is nice and even. No excessive tags and it seems pretty durable I’m hoping the ends don’t fray. If they do I’m sure it can be either melted a bit or hemmed

Gorgeous ballet skirt
Skirt hangs beautifully - fabric has a lovely feel - the burgundy colour is just as pictured with a slight carmine pink in it

Order a size larger
Looks nice could be a little better quality fabric, a little thin

Bulletpointe dupe
Im 5’10 and this skirt isn’t too short on me like most ballet skirts. I have a bulletpointe skirt and I like this one just as much if not more. Fantastic quality for the price and very soft fabric that moves beautifully when I dance. :)

Waist band is tight
Wanted to share that size small is 12” long in the front and 13.5” in the back. Waist is 11.5” or 29 cm. My daughter is 5’2” and 103lbs and it was too small on her on the waist and on the tight side so not so comfortable. Otherwise, it’s one of those heavier polyester fabric unlike the ones that ballet wrap skirts are made of. Bullet point skirts are more popular according to my daughter. We ended up returning the small and got the medium and fits great.

Not burgundy
Burgundy is much more fushia and looks almost pink next to burgundy leo. Otherwise, skirt is good.
