My wife has digestive issues and has to avoid ingesting the physical parts of onions, garlic, shallots, etc (google FODMAP if you want more details). However, she can have the oils from these things.This infused olive oil does have physical bits in it, which is great for dipping, etc, but it's also easy to just pour out the oil without the bits, or strain the bits out when pouring it, so that she (and we) can experience the flavors of the oils when cooking.Great stuff, highly recommended, both for those who can happily eat the little bits and for those who can't!

I have been looking for an affordable shallot/onion infused cooking oil for a long time. I am so glad to have found this. The flavor is subtle and mild. this was definitely a good purchase.

So impressed! Bottle was wrapped in heavy bubble wrap and was tightly sealed. Flavor of this oil was fresh and fragrant. Next time I am ordering two bottles.

I waited almost a month to receive it to use on avocado toast. Really no flavor. So disappointed! Then said it wasn’t returnable, more disappointment. Not a good value when I was buying it for the flavor.

Not a bad flavor at all. It’s a finishing oil but doesn’t use a drizzle pour spout so it’s messy to control. Not sure I’d buy again but worth trying!

Tasty flavor (and FODMAP friendly), but a bit “thin” - perhaps more processed, less refined (?), than other olive oils I use.

I would never buy it again!
