It's different than other PI cases I've used, but it shares one thing in common with far too many of them. They don't leave enough clearance around connectors. In this case, the usb-c (power) and hdmi connectors won't allow the plugs to actually be plugged in, because the molding on the plug fouls on the bottom (and side of usb-c) I cut a section out of piece '3' (in the instructions) and am able to use it that way. But it's frustrating that a case allegedly designed for the PI 4B doesn't fit it without modification.

I would truly rate this higher is if the instructions would better done. While the illustrations were helpful in assembling the Raspberry Pi 4 housing, the lack of instructions for the fan unit were null, unless one is a very experienced in the GPIO connections. Also, from the instructions, descriptions here on Amazon and the company website, it is very noticeable that English is not the writers primary language.

Horrible experience putting this thing together and I've assembled quite a few pi cases over the years. The instructions were easy enough to follow, but the parts aren't cut to align properly and the USB-C power connector doesn't have enough clearance without modifying layer #3.
