The best!
We have a number of extra-sharp knives for skinning and butchering - this one is by far the best one ever! Very comfortable handle even after hours of work, nicely balanced, and holds an edge really well. I appreciate that it cleans up easily, too. But be careful - it is SHARP! Which is exactly what one needs in a knife.

Nonstante sia un coltello utilizzato per la macelleria,in particolare per lo scuoio, io riesco ad utilizzarlo per sfilettare il pesce ma anche per gli usi più comuni in cucina.Tiene l'affilatura per molto tempo e si affila velocemnte e per ravvivare il filo, giusto qualche passata con l'acciaino e la lama ritorna come un rasoio.Made in Spagna, soddisfatto dell'acquisto !!!
