Packet was over a year old
The problem with buying packed food off of Amazon is it not returnable. I got two packs of these wafera, vanilla and tiramisu. The vanilla one was good, crispy and had a manufacturing date on Feb 2020. The tiramisu one was soggy, stable and was manufactured in early 2019. Flavor wise good...but can't trust how old the pack is going to be.
