Hi are these suitable for soft close drawers ?

Hi I do not recommend for soft close drawers.

Do these feature soft close as well or do you need to push close?

It works that push to open and close.

Which is the overall thickness of the installed piece (brackets or adhesive included)?

If you mean the profile (the only dimension not shown in sellers photos) then this is 11mm

Cupboard magnet push latch release please may i be told what the white plastic piece is for, i cant tell what it is for from the images.

Hello there, the white plastic piece anchor is expansion plug, can be used when drilling.
