Although the merchant was very responsive and they tried to accommodate my request, the sizes of the collar were off. The small and medium appeared to fit the same and the large size collar was way too large.

They are so soft and beautiful, but it is too big for my dog....
They are very beautiful and soft inside! I really wanted to love them, but the color was too big and a little heavy for my dog. Her neck size is 9.5". Price is great and their work is wonderful. Nothing scratchy part. I wish I could use it for my dog......
