The best way to use these blocks. You will be thrilled, when you see how much the deer like these as long as u do as follows.
Deer love these. For best result, dig a hole about 4"- 5" deep by 1' wide and 2' long and put the block in it, then get a hammer or rock and bust the top of it some. Try to bust the corners off of it, by doing this you'll have some small granules on the ground and the piece that you broke off, try to bust them to be small. What your doing is making a larger area that the block is in. Also, your busting it up so that when it rains on it a few times the deer are going to run to it. Lol really this is the very best thing you can to do with it. The deer will have that spot so rooted up that you will not believe how well it works honest. The block will get mixed in with the mud that the deer root up, that they will eat mud to get the taste of it. Try it because I've been hunting for 35 years and have never seen anything like this. I guarantee you that if you put anymore of these out, you'll do the same to them. Good Luck on the hunt and "ALWAYS" be sure of your target and if you can, get a kid out there and show him/her what nature is all about, in other words show them the ropes. Deer crack!
Ordered this based on feedback and wanted it for deer. After setting this out and putting my game cameras out I was surprised. I have 3 deer at a time licking on it in my cameras. They can't get enough of it. It absolutely gets the deers attention and they love it like I love ice cream. I will be buying this regularly. It has the same impact as a chick-fil-a nugget tray at a super bowl party.

Put this on the edge of the woods and had tons of deer appear. Two 10 pointers rolled through after it was there for about a week.Excellent product. Tested block out of season and can't wait to use this product during the next deer season!
