Finally! Best Earbuds I've Had In a Decade!
I've had plenty of headphones from the Apple iPod originals which i really liked but went out after a few years, then i tried Bose earbuds which were absolutely horrid in design and sounded like pure garbage, then I tried JVC Gummies which i thought were kind of decent, and i then also purchased Yuin earbuds which are really awesome sounding but a little costly! Then I came across these by accident. Read the reviews here and thought i'd try them. I've tried all sorts of earbuds and despise the earpods too...and with these earbuds I'm severely impressed with the design, sound, quality, and price!I popped these right out of the box, and noticed they have a nice long chord, not cheap feeling either like some other brands feel, and also love the gold connector which makes all the difference in sound quality! Let me just say I'm not a bass guy, but these Sennheiser's have just the perfect amount! These not only sound very rich but also sound very beefy and pure with nice highs and lows, not too trebly either! Just perfect! It puts all my other earbuds to shame!Maaaan...i have to say I really think i fell in love with these right away, are a bit bigger than regular earbuds, but feel comfy with the foam covers that are provided in the box. These are better than all other earbuds I've had over the past decade! These are also available in a variety of colors which make it appealing! Very happy with the nice dark blue color, gold connector, long chord, sound, comfort, bass, treble, highs, lows, quality, everything and cannot believe these are this cheap for the sound!?Cannot stand the earpods that are so popular now, these type of earbuds are hard to find now! Thanks Sennheiser for a quality product that is hard to find nowadays! Big Cheers!

A few issues, but you get what you pay for, and it's still not a bad deal
Right out of the box, the tips for the plastic ends of the drivers are not attached, so you must put them on yourself, which proved to be difficult on the first try. However, it gets easier as you use them on a daily basis, because the tips can and WILL fall out. And since they are small and a neutrally colored black, it will be hard to find them if you drop them on the floor. All in all, I still prefer plastic housing on earbuds over silicone tips, since they tend to fall out of my ears far more consistently and faster, meanwhile these ones have such big and round buds that it will fit plenty of ear sizes, though if they are smaller you may feel them start to ache. The build is satisfactory with decent plastic housing to protect the interior drivers, however, the cable is incredibly thin and can kink, get caught, or tangle with ease. Not to mention, if you are wearing a coat with fleece inside layers, this will undoubtedly give you not only static but give you a shock straight to your ears, not very pleasant in that regard. Although the cable's gold connector is orientated at 90 degrees to give the cable a longer span since it will not be bending as much as other earbud cables. As for sound, as expected Sennheiser brings heat and then some with a plethora of their audio products being personal favorites. With the MX 365, you are getting very warm low end and bass, with some balance responses from the mid-range, so you can be a bass-head without making your frequency response muddied to the point obnoxiousness, like a certain brand that makes way too much money *cough* *cough* Beats *cough* *cough*. The only downside being, the treble is quite weak, almost being not present at all until higher volumes, which personally annoys me because that is my preferred sound signature across all activities; gaming, listening to music, production, and other media consumption. Overall, for sound you can not find a better sounding pair of cans for 16 dollars...I don't know why noise cancellation is a category here, ambiance is present almost every time, except for blasting it, to the point where others can hear. After all, they are a little open at the back, which actually helps the sound more with the soundstage, but allows others to hear what you're listening to. By the way, these earbuds are plenty powerful anyways, at about 50% volume on my iPhone is plenty, any higher and there might be too loud.Again, don't know why workouts are listed as a category too, the wire is so thin and easily tangled, that I would not run with these. Instead, if that's your jam, I suggest the 19$ Mpow flames, which are IPX resistant and connect over Bluetooth, unlike these.Verdicts are positive on the basis of satisfactory fit, price, and sound quality, which is what should matter to any audio product to be very honest. Even if the look is quite nice with the silver-on-blue aesthetic that I can get behind. Overall, recommended, just avoid wearing fleece when wearing these, it does hurt to get nicked up in the ears.

very good ear buds-best I've found for <$25
very good reproduction. these are 32ohm earbuds so music will be slightly muted on iPods. Good news is you can wear them comfortably while lying on a pillow. They look bulky but honestly, they are like not wearing any at all. highly recommended.Update: I've used these daily now for about 3 weeks and I have found they are very wearable (they don't fall out while I'm working or riding my bike) and are hardly noticeable ( they do not press against my ears or head when I sleep with them on nor do they fall out ). They do look a little gaudy for my taste but the comfort level more than makes up for that shortcoming.I use these with a Sansa Clip+, an iPod Classic, an Asus MeMo 10 tablet and several HP and Dell laptops. While compatible with all of these devices, they really shine with the tablet, sonically outperforming every set of earbuds I've got or ever had. The iPod, and all Apples in my experience, like lower impedance (lower ohms) to deliver the loudness I need to overcome hearing loss. These Sennheisers measure 38.1 ohms (35 advertised) and deliver better volume and clarity than my 40+ ohm units. They are very well suited for extended periods of use. Classical and Jazz are very well rendered without any coloration to my ear. I don't think they are go-to set for BASS freaks. The render low end frequencies well without buzzing or distortion but cannot deliver the in ear thump my grand children want. Mids and highs are well done without the high-frequency fatigue many lower ends models induce. If you use an equalizer these units can be really dialed in to suit you. Hope this helps.
