Can you pee directly on these?

NO! You will over saturate the test strip ! You have to collect your urine in a sterile cup !

Do these strips show results after conceiving like 1 day after or 6 days before period?

These strips can detect as early as 6 days before period.

Do the positive tests lighten after so many hours/days? Make it accurate to track if line is darker then the prior day?

The other responders did not understand your question. After it dries it does not change color and it does work well to track line progression. We took pictures when we were supposed to read it and after it dried each day for comparison. These tests were just as accurate as FRER when following directions.
