Extremely Disappointing
OFFLINE for this device Chinese ONLY! It will not support Spanish offline. The Offline feature is the reason for purchasing this device. I have attempted to download the Update for two hours..."will not download file!! The device will not allow you to turn down the "pop" sound.

Completely false advertized
Dont waste your time or money! This item is going back. Couldn't get the photo translation to work until I did a factory reset. Still cant get it to voice translate more than one way conversation. Played with it now for over 4 hours and nothing works.
