I didn’t really like it

I purchased this straightener for my aunt recently....she is not easy to impress....but she loved this straightener....I got it for her on the basis of the existing reviews and after I had done some research online and compared similar products....we wanted a high quality one that was comfortable to use and performed better then others that are available....my aunt told me that she is very impressed with this straightener, she's only used GHD ones before and she said they are also good, after using this one, she said that the finish she gets with this straightener is really good she said, it gave her really smooth/silky hair. She's happy! :)

I really love these straighteners. I've used GHD before, but I find these much better at both straightening and making waves and curls. You don't need to go over and over the hair, they work really fast. My first pair stopped working suddenly after about 5 months, but customer service were great and sent me another pair the next day - without any quibbles at all. Really excellent service. I'm hoping the current pair will last longer, as they are a good product.

This iron is a flat out rip-off. It is not any better than £20-30 irons - and in fact it is worse than many - slow. My daughter and wife have been using this for a year, alongside 2 different brands and have not been impressed at all. Selling this for £150+ is basically rip-off and trying to build and exclusive brands using nice box and expensive advertisement campaign - but in the end, this product is just a cheap iron, worth at most 20% of the selling price.

This is the 2nd pair I have had the 1st pair stopped working and this pair are not much better the on/off switch sometimes turns off sometimes dosent. X

He comprado varias planchas de echo algunas que fueron regalo me las quede y las regalé , en total unas 5 desde que decidí cambiar la mía profesional que tenía y que la pobre estaba en las últimas pero sigue allí para un apuro. Después de todo sin lugar a duda si quieres algo bueno es esto y no me parece nada caro durabilidad estoy segura que si .. pero no la calificó por que apenas la llevó usando un mes , tiene de todas formas 5 años de garantía que eso ya es una pasada . Si queréis que le ponga un pero por que todo en esta vida lo tiene … quizá en comparación con las otras . Las placas son un pelón más estrechas pero asta me viene mejor a pesar de tener el pelo largo … por que lo puedo cojer desde la raíz perfectamente . Encantada

Tolles Teil. Bin mit dem Glätteisen sehr zufrieden. Die Lieferung war schnell und unkompliziert. Ware kam sehr gut verpackt. Mann muss nur achten, dass der Temperatur Regler nicht durch versehen gedreht wird, da keine digitale Temperatur Ermittlung sondern mit Drehknopf. Ich habe kein Problem damit. Es ist ein hochwertiger Glätteisen.
