Compatible replacement charger for Sonicare
This replacement charger was a compatible fit for my Sonicare HX685J. After searching all the options and all the models listed, this is the only one I found. I took a chance and was pleasantly surprised. It fit well, charged well, and functions even better than the original with little rubber stoppers for stability. Plus it’s a great price. It’s only been a few days, and I’ll update if there are any issues, but so far so good.

Charging well, no issues so far!
My OEM charger finally died so I purchased this to take over it's duties and keep my teeth clean. No issues to date, the charger is working well, keeping the toothbrush charged and ready to go.

Should get the job done (with a few minor trade-offs)
Five years ago I purchased my "deluxe" Sonicare toothbrush directly from my dentist for $200. It came with two chargers: 1. an "at home" version with storage plus ultraviolet disinfection and 2. a "traveling charger," or bare-bones spare model like the above. I began to leave behind that extra, "spare" charger when I discovered what seemed to be an endless power supply in the toothbrush (I had used it twice daily for 5-6 days--a total of 80-96 minutes--without the faintest hint of drainage.Perhaps a fully charged Sonicare is good for 10 days--but probably not 10 months (who knows how long this quarantine will last?). In any case, to be safe I ordered this charger from Amazon and, despite warnings of delayed shipping due to Covid 19, it was delivered within 2 days.Be aware that the charger is a generic, "fits-all," type of post without any sign of the brand (Phillips or Sonicare) anywhere on the device. It simply bears the indication: "For electric toothbrushes." A few bucks more might get you a more custom-designed post if not a genuine Sonicare model. In fact, at Christmas 2019 I was surprised to see Sonicare electronic toothbrushes like mine going for twenty bucks on Amazon--1/10th the price I had paid. So before purchasing the extra charger, be sure to check out the price of a whole new system--Sonicare toothbrush + charger.Re: performance of this generic, versatile charger: it appears to charge the toothbrush as effectively and quickly as the authentic, original model. However, the toothbrush is seated more loosely on the post and "spins" around with little encouragement. Not recommended for a moving trailer or crowded toilets or for fathers of daughters who require lots of mirror-time activity.
