Is this what I need to make my screen painting permanent?

This is for thinning paint for pouring on canvas. I don't know anything about screen painting.

Ok- what am i doing wrong? this is the second time i’ve purchased the medium, and the consistency is like large chunks of cottage cheese! HELP
