Hi, can the battery be replaced? what is the life time guarantee 1 year, 2 year, 3 year ect. don't answer how long does a light bulb last..

I don’t think the intention is for the batteries to be replaceable but having said that the units only appear to held together with 4 screws. The spec sheet says they are AAAA batteries but I can’t confirm that as everything is preinstalled. At the price of AAAA rechargeables I’d be putting the lights in the bin and buying new (not environmentally friendly I know!). As far as lifespan goes, mine are on year 2 with little discernible drop in performance but they are very dependent on direct sunlight. In the winter or very cloudy days don’t expect them to stay on very long.

I have received my lights but one does not work, how do I request a replacement for one light please?

You will be lucky I am sick of telling them that half of mine have never worked but had no response at all

Yes of course I used a small lever (mini crowbar) punched into ground moved in circular motion to widen for top and hey presto the solar lights slipped in with a little pressure from my hand over all of top and then secured with peoples around the top but level with ground oh remove peoples from area then push back into spaces
