We purchased three of these fans. Two for our upstairs master bathroom and one for our upstairs guest bathroom. We had them professionally installed so cannot comment on ease of install personally. The remote doesn't work as smoothly as I'd like but still really enjoy having these fans to help move the air in our second story bathrooms! Really helpful during our Arizona summers!

Response to the remote can be slow or not even work. Have to power the whole thing off and back on with main switch to reset it.

The product burned out after 15 months and i was just informed that is well beyond the warranty. So my kitchen fan and light fixture is now a huge issue. I had An electrician come out to ensure nothing was burning in the ceiling it was all the fan. Lucky me I get to buy an entire new system. At this point I would not recommend I’m not use to buying something of this nature & only having access for a little over a year& not having service after the fact doesn’t help either.

The media could not be loaded.  While the product look very nice it does not move very much air and the speed the small blades have to turn to create any air movement results in a very noisy fan. Blades count have been larger in the enclosure without changing overall size. Additionally, we have had it installed inside and after about 2 years the motor bearings make such a loud squeal it is not longer usable. We also only use in in the summer on weekends so not much use. Poor quality and this aligns with other reviews.

Rattles on occasionally, not sure why, checked , nothing is loose, also tends to loose air flow, i put this on my covered patio and installation was easy and solid, seems like they’ve been making fans for eons and these petty issues should not occur. The light/remote works good. A cheap box fan may make a better choice.

Beautiful looking fan and the fan works well. The integrated LED light went very dim and started flickering 40 days after I bought it. Just long enough to get past the return period. There appears to be no way to replace the Integrated LED light, so if it goes bad, you will end up having to replace the entire fan which is not a fun task. This really detracts from the overall value as although LED lights are supposed to have a long life, clearly that is not always the case.The second of these I bought (two installations in two rooms) failed today. The light just stopped working. Since the LED is integrated and cannot be replace, that means the whole unit will have to be replaced. These things are junk. One lasted 40 days, the other lasted 13 months. $500 down the drain.

Great solution for us. We have a 4 post Farmhouse bed; ordinary fan that would fit between bed posts was too small for the room. Finding this fan was genius! It is stylish, smooth operation, excellent air movement and quiet. Perfect white noise generator.

Beautiful and perfect for a lower ceiling. We remolded our walkout basement into an apartment. Ceilings are 8’ but we still wanted covered fan blades. Very hard to find. These are really nice looking and provide air and light to large area.
