I have sensitive and dry skin that's prone to breakouts because I workout 5x a week. This body wash is so nice and calming, it's helped with my body acne a bunch and my skin is very soft. I don't use a ton of lotion anymore because my skin just feels better. Use this in summer and winter now and it's a need. Also I do pair this with an African net sponge for scrubbing and the combo is great.

I've been using this for over 2 decades and it remains a staple in my skincare routine. Absolutely NOTHING else worked, including the other body washes in this line. A couple years ago I also tried their stubborn acne wash and even that didn't work for whatever reason. It has to be the orange one with the scrub in it. I eat a lot of fruits, vegetables and drink plenty of water and in the spring and summer I use this daily as soon as I get home from work and it (along with a decent diet) keeps my skin so clear. Even when I sweat a ton and am walking to and from work on hot days this has kept my skin so clear. In the drier months, I use it every other day to every 2 days, using the Dove sensitive skin bar soap in between I lather it on with a wash cloth from my neck down and turn the water off for a minute to let it really work (this is optional, but it works better when you think of it as a skincare routine and let it sit for a minute to do its thing). If I don't have this body scrub on hand, within a couple weeks my skin starts to get bumps here and there so it really does keep your skin clear and soft After rinsing, it's important to apply a non-irritating moisturizer because otherwise, your skin will overcompensate for the dryness and go overboard with oil production. I swear by Vanicream body cream and applying it while skin is still wet (but if that's too heavy for you, they also make a lotion... however, applying when wet is key to cut through the heaviness and really lock in moisture) It'll take a week or two before you see results, but the difference for me is night and day. I cannot recommend this scrub enough to anyone with troublesome skin
