For anyone out there who has a treasured collection of LPs, but no way to enjoy them, this bundle is an excellent solution. The setup for the turntable and speakers themselves was pretty straightforward. Figuring out the furniture reconfiguration and moving a few things was probably the hardest part. With that done, we selected just a few old LP favorites and settled down for an evening of listening. We were seriously astonished at the ability of the Audio-Technica AT-LP120X turntable, with its built-in pre-amp, to pick up sounds we had never heard previously and project them through the Presonus Eris E3.5 speakers. The really breathtaking thing, though, was the dynamic range. For just one example, the Ralph Vaughan-Williams Fantasia on a Theme by Thomas Tallis (https://www.amazon.com/Greensleeves-Morton-Gould/dp/B00Q50IUYW) was just amazing. We heard subtleties of string playing we had never been able to hear when we played this LP on our previous systems. I don't think we breathed at all during the final decrescendo. The Audio-Technica and the Presonus Eris speakers followed the volume faithfully, all the way down to nearly inaudible. Another big surprise for me was the Handel Concerto in B-flat for Harp, and the Terpsichore Ballet Suite (https://www.amazon.com/Handel-Concerto-Orchestra-Terpsichore-Harpsichord/dp/B01MXEY35F). Again, I heard notes, turns of phrase and instrumental articulations that our previous systems just could not transmit. The dynamic range was amazing. I felt, I think for the first time, that I was really hearing Baroque music. This little system filled up our living area and kitchen with surprisingly fine sound, without having to turn up the speaker volume to anything approaching an unreasonable level. For years, we fretted about what to do with our LPs, which were just taking up space. Now, we can enjoy them again, to a higher degree than we ever could before. The turntable itself is packed with nice features. Among the handiest is the little light that lets you clearly see where the stylus will meet the LP. This light also lets you see dust on the LP before you clean it with the included cleaning kit, and how much cleaner the LP is after you've used the kit. The light can swivel to illuminate what you need to see.

The system came as promised with all componentry included and was easy to put together.. The only difficulty I encountered was that the Presonus speakers hookup instructions were vague on the actual wiring connections and after some trial and error found that the singular plug was to go into the front port on the speakers for it to operate. Once that was accomplished the sound and ease of operation makes this a system worth the investment..

This turntable is awesome. After buying and returning two cheap "record players". I bought this turntable. It has exceeded my expectations for the price range. Just be sure to set the weight right so you don't damage your albums by having too much weight or have unwanted skips. (There are videos online)*note* I have a cork slipmat & acrylic slipmat on mine for visual aesthetics and the "extra weight" does not effect playability. Also, the cleaning kit and speakers at a bargain price are fantastic!

Setting up the turntable was a lot more complicated than I thought it was going to be. The instructions provided were just pictures and there are no written directions. I had to watch YouTube for help setting it up. The speakers pleasantly surprised me and the sound quality is awesome.

The turntable works perfectly. Everything in here is good. Except for the liquid cleaner. The cap was broken and the liquid was absorbed in the cardboard box where it was storage. I assume the cap was tightened way to much.

Turntable is awesome. Speakers are smaller and not as loud as I hoped. Then after a couple of hours the left speaker started to be muffled sounding. This is on and off, occurred now 6x in the first two weeks of owning. Ended up upgrading the speakers. Waste of $100. Should have just got the turntable for $300 and skipped this speaker package.

I bought this for my adult son for Christmas. He has called three times to say he loves it. He says the sound quality is incredible. The company delivered it promptly and it is reasonably priced for the quality.

the speakers do not work well at all.... The volume is minimal at best. I whisper louder than they are.not worth the money
