I genuinely love this product. I’ll be honest I do not have anything to compare it to as it is the first and only creatine I’ve ever tried but I did a lot of research for settling on one. Minimal ingredients and third party tested were required for me! And this one is both! I do the unflavored version in my water every morning, it dissolves easily and is completely tasteless. When I first tried it I tried to loading method and had some bathroom problems so I didn’t use it for months. The second time around I decided to just take 5 mg everyday and that made those problems moot. I just upped the dose to 10 mg everyday morning to hopefully really gain the mental benefits so I will report back in a month or two if I notice a difference between the two amounts. With the 5mg I feel like I already had good cognitive benefits, more motivation, better consistency in everyday chores, and overall feeling better. With my workouts I feel like I can lift heavier, push myself a little farther and can find motivation that is sometimes lacking. I recommended it to all of my friends as I truly believe it’s has done nothing but amazing things for me.

I am so far very impressed with supplement. Easy to use dosen't have a taste or texture in my opinion. I mix it with flavored water it dissolves quickly. I got it on a prime deal so good value. I have noticed I am sleeping better. I do not get jitters after taking. I like that itbis one of the few that is third party tested. I would recommend and I will be a repeat customer.

I really like this powder (and the other Naked brand products), it mixes well and consumerlabs confirmed the creatine content. However, the scoop is too small for this light and airy micronized product - a full scoop is only 3.3g of product as weighed on my kitchen scale. I compared it to my previous brand of non-micronized creatine that had the same size scoop and that other brand was 4.9g per scoop. I weighed a level scoop after tapping it on the counter to help make sure it was settled and that was 3.3g, then I tried again with a heaping scoop with as much powder as I could fit on the scoop, and that weighed in at 3.6g. So, weigh your dose if you're trying to meet a certain target of creatine per day. It's possible that my container had a smaller scoop than it should have, I'll contact the company to find out. The container itself appears to provide the full 500g of product, the only issue is the scoop size. I didn't weigh the container separately, but the whole thing weighed in at 575g.

I absolutely love this product being a skeptic and afraid to put different supplements in my body a friend of mine who I trust swore by this stuff I tried it I started out taking one scoop for months, my strength felt pretty good and then I realise the second scoop helps your mental but overall I’m extremely happy with this product because it’s clean not a lot of chemicals in it just naked pure creatine I’ve ordered several different containers and will continue to do so.
