Ok, so I rated these 5 stars but I really want to give them 4.5, and here's why. I was looking for some Tritan plastic tumblers because I'm honestly tired of breaking flimsy glass cups, but I wanted them to be practically indistinguishable from real glass. I've had this set for about a month now and they are so beautiful. They are super convincing and clear, very well made, have nice rounded edges and even have some weight to them. The sides are thick and sturdy enough not to bend at all when you hold it. The bottom is solid and flat like a real glass would be, not hollow with a ridge like many others are. I've run them through the dishwasher nearly every other day and they still look brand new, and they don't collect water on the bottom because the base is flat! I love them.BUT... the reason for the -0.5 star ding is that while they do look and feel like real glass, if you look closely you can see a vertical seam that runs the entire length of cup. This is a dead giveaway that they're actually plastic. Once you see it you can't unsee it. I just wish they'd make this exact same cup but without that stupid seam, I'd pay double for a set like that! But, they're still great cups, and if you don't look at it too closely you'd never know they weren't real glass.

I've used the same set of polycarbonate glasses from Williams-Sonoma for years, but it was finally time to say good-bye to those since a few chips and scratches had developed. Saw these on Amazon and decided to go for them. Very pleased! They look beautiful and shiny just like glass, and wash well. Much cheaper than what WS has available. I have rather small hands and the shape makes these SO easy for me to hold. I wish they didn't have seams in them, but those lines are really not noticeable unless the light or your lips hit them just right. I like that the bottoms are flat so water from the dishwasher doesn't pool. So far, no complaints at all. I'm hoping these last as long as my prior WS ones did (over 10 years!)

I waited 6 months to write this review to make sure there were no issues with these glasses; no crazing, cloudiness, or cracks. These are easy to hold and they wash top shelf in the dishwasher with no water puddles to dry after washing. I bought enough to have eight and I'm glad I did. We use them frequently and have enough to go around. Great looking by themselves or on the table. They are also easy on the mouth when drinking. I am so pleased.

I thought that I saw that these cups were somewhat stackable, but I must have been mistaken. However, and with that said, they are very high quality cups, look and feel like glass to the eye, and hand, with a Glass like thickness, and nicely weighted.We purchased these to replace our 18 year old glass like stackable cups.It is really hard to get a feel when shopping on line of the quality, and features like snackability, thickness, and weight, when presented with so many different cups, and tumblers, some that seem okay in the pictures, and then the reviews tell a different story. It's also hard to tell if a review is genuine, or if a competitor has written it.In my most honest opinion - I believe that these cups are well made, and if you are not concerned with them being stackable then - They would be the perfect glass like cups!!A word to the manufacturer - If you were to make the bottoms of the cups a little less wide, they could be stackable (at least 1/3 stackable), and you may sell more.

I purchased these to use in our motor home. I was looking for something easy for my small hands to hold, and something that wasn't glass. These are easy to hold and look beautiful - almost like real crystal. Every time I drink out of them I tell my husband how much I love these glasses. After having them one day I ordered a set of the 14 oz ones, and I love them just as much.I can't attest to how durable they are since we haven't had them very long. We use them multiple times during the day and only wash them by hand. So far, after about a month, they still look like new.

My boyfriend was almost as excited as I was when I unboxed our new set of drinking “glasses”. Appearance wise, these were already a definite upgrade from the glass jars we had used (until one after another they had met their shattered ends on our tile floor). He was completely unaware that these were Tritan, not glass, and he frowned and mentioned that they are pretty thin. Had these been glass, that would have been an issue. But he was totally psyched when I said the words “shatter proof”. I’ve been washing these by hand, and so far still crystal clear.

What a surprise! The photo doesn't do these tumblers justice at all!!! They have a nice feel to them. My husband said "If I didn't know better I'd think they were glass". They're so pretty that I refuse to stick them in the dishwasher. I want to keep them looking the way they did when I unwrapped them so I handwash them. Have had them for over a month and they still look gorgeous. For the money I spent, they're worth every penny.

I was seeking indoor/outdoor patio glasses that were suitable for adult entertaining. I read a lot of reviews for a variety of similar products and finally chose this set. Very pleased with my choice.Pros: nicely balanced and comfortable, high quality - I didn't want kiddie plastics, came out of the dishwasher clean, clear and dry after several washings (no residual water on top after dry cycle)Some commented on the very thin single line which to me is not easy to detect and does not distract from the experience as you're not going to fool people into thinking this is glass due to the lighter weight. However, guests did comment on the quality of the plastic and now I like others will be purchasing additional sets as gifts.I did want to mention that I own a water softener and wash in top rack of dishwasher with rinse agent. Others commented about cloudy finish but didn't mention if they live in a hard water area which I am sure would affect outcome.
