This bag takes up very little room but holds so much more than the bag you tester comes in. There’s a place for everything plus syringes. The cold packs are great to have. It has a removable strap that is great for travel.

Not the MedCase Brand and smaller
I purchased this case before but the inside pockets are not the same and smaller. I can not put in the pill cases like the original diabetic bag. The logo on the bag doesn't say MEDCASE like the original one. Seems like a knockoff. Sadly can not fit all the medications like the original one. :(
