Are these the Kashmiri chilies?

No these are normal Chilies. We do have specific Kashmir chillies. Kashmir chillies are red, but not as spicy. You get the flavor and tone in your cooking, but not the spicy one.

It is around as long as your index finger or 1-2 inches longer. It is quite spicy as well.

These are wonderful in recipes. They add a lot of flavor—not just heat. We also grind them up and use them instead of red pepper on pizza, or on casseroles.
