Absolutely rock solid and sturdy. For an inexpensive 'made in china' piece I was not expecting such quality in the strength of materials used or the quality of the finish. Every piece was flawless even with the box beat up in shipping. Easy to assemble in about 60-90 minutes - as mentioned by others, use your own tools. A ratchet and adjustable wrench will get the job done in half the time. No damage on arrival even with the box a bit beat up - everything was well wrapped and packed. Great price for what you get - think about it in terms of months worth of gym membership and you'll feel better about spending the money. On the comments others made related to shipping: -Shipping is not the fault of the seller EXCEPT that they could split the cage into 2 boxes. The box is 149 lbs. I watched my driver struggle with it before I helped him. He said the folks loading it on the truck struggled as well. It is somewhat unfair to ship non-freight with a package of that weight. They already separate the bench and cage so why not split the cage into 2 boxes? -The cage and bench ship separately. Those complaining about split delivery did not look at the tracking info properly. You can see where each piece is in its journey. Some people come post angry reviews when they get one piece but not the other. They're coming, be patient. Great product at a great price.

It arrived with the box looking like it was thrown off the truck but packaging was solid with no damage. Very sturdy product and easy to put together with me only needing two 17mm tools. It took me roughly an hour to put together even with small kids coming in to “help” me. Here are my recommendations. 1) unpack everything first and lay it out. This helps make sure you have everything and easier to see. 2) use your personal 17mm wrench and crescent wrench. It makes thinks move a lot faster. If you have a 17mm drill bit even better but I did not. 3) figure out how you want the bolts to “look” when installed. I had the flat blot side on the inside when installing to prevent from potential cutting if I bumped into it along with having a uniform look. 4) tighten on the “nut” side. There were multiple times I was tightening on the bolt side and holding the nut side and the wrench would lose grip causing the wrench to go flying off. 5) when you put a bolt through the hole put nut back on once it’s through. I can’t tell you the number of times I didn’t and when I moved or lifted the cage the bolts fell out. 6) have someone to help once you stand it up......even if it’s a five year old like I had. Overall great product, looks sturdy, feels strong and all holes for install were perfectly aligned with no issues. Highly recommend.

So I ordered this home cage through Amazon and received it within 4 days. The packaging was a little beat up and the UPS guy stated it was a 165 pounds and he was tired of carrying it around. He helped me carry it into the garage. Inside all of the ripped and torn cardboard, the cage itself seemed to be in very good shape except one small scratch on 1 triangular shaped bracket which I used a black marker to fill. The directions are a little lame but it's fairly easy to figure out. For the price I am very satisfied with the product. If I can offer any advice here it would be choosing your Olympic bar. I originally bought a Cap Olympic bar. I could not believe how affordable it was in comparison to all the other Olympic bars. I paid for it and it never showed up. After clearing that all up between Cap and Amazon I ordered another Cap bar. That bar came destroyed and completely rusted. I returned that one. What I finally ordered was an X Mark Lumber Jack and I am very happy with this bar this is a quality bar. Yes it is twice as expensive but this is a great bar. I can hear my dad telling me.... you get what you pay for son.....Happy lifting.

Definitely a good product for the price. Assembly was easy for both. They came with good instructions and the squat rack had prepackaged bolts organized into the assembly steps. For our purposes, the rack is strong and sturdy enough but we're a 160 and 115lb couple that only has a 210lb weight set currently. It wobbles very slightly when we do pull ups so if you weigh significantly more than 160lbs, it may be risky. The bench, on the other hand, is very sturdy and love the different angle options. Overall, we're very happy with this purchase and have already put it to use multiple times.

Have used this now for a few months, can't complain too much. Easy to assemble, though it pays to have a helping hand. Definitely order some mats to put under it. The bench is a little flimsy but has worked fine. The cage is great for pullups and seems strong and sturdy (I'm around 6'1" and 240lbs). I plan on getting some J-hooks as others have discussed, because the holders that come with this cage aren't that great. Adequate, not great. Also should get a plate holder. Moving the holders and the guide is annoying because it makes a "nails on chalkboard" noise, but small price to pay. All in all, recommended purchase; have used it a lot and it will continue to see frequent use.

I am actually very impressed by the quality of this rack. I decided to build my home gym due to the covid pandemic and this rack has held up great. Strong, sturdy steel supports and the nylon locked bolts ensure this rack can stand use and abuse. Having a ratchet and hammer can make the assembly process much easier and faster. One important thing to know however, is that the packaging for this product is pretty bad in my opinion. The cardboard was wrecked and there was no strong sturdy cardboard edging, and as a result, my rack’s upper edge bars came bent. This made assembly very difficult in my case, but luckily I had metal fabrication equipment to straighten the bent steel. Overall, a very solid rack.

Superb. Constructed well and solid. Put it together in about 90 minutes. Expensive compared to Reality Fitness website but none available anywhere online.

Ambos productos son robustos y estables. Estoy muy contento con la compra. El banco llegó con un defecto de fábrica y no pusieron problemas a la hora de enviarme uno en buen estado. La atención recibida fue buena, y el plazo dentro de lo razonable dada la situación por el Covid. Recomiendo su compra. La pena que en España no tengan los accesorios para la jaula que sí tienen en Amazon USA. Saludos.

put this together. Just a hint for novice assemblers, tighten all the bolts, then loose approx. one turn so they can all turn easily. measure the distance between the vertical struts at the top and base and move the bases to make sure the unit is 'all square' (should be 105.5cm). Then tighten fully from the top down, starting at the lat bar. Really happy with the product - much better than I had expected.

Bin sehr zufrieden! Hat eine Standard Hantelablage abgelöst. Da inzwischen die ganze Familie trainiert sollte was stabiles und praktisches her. Habe zum Aufbau alleine zwei Stunden benötigt. Die Anleitung ist sehr verständlich. Würde ich jederzeit wieder kaufen. Die dazugehörige Bank habe ich nicht getestet, da diese unverpackt weiter verschenkt wurde. Habe aber nichts negatives vom Beschenkten gehört.
