I’m 6 ft 4 inches 190 pounds. What size should I get?

These shirts are a very nice blend of cotton and polyester so they have some stretch to them. I'm 6'3" and 220 and I have purchased a few of these shirts. I have a couple X-large and a few 2X. Depending on how you like the fit either one I think would work but the X-large would be best for you. This is just my opinion but I'm about 30 pounds heavier than you and the 2X has a looser fit on me. It might be too loose on you so I'd definitely purchase the X-large. These are very nice shirts, don't be hesitant to purchase these. I'm sure you'll be quite satisfied.

I'm 6'4", 210 lbs and XL fits the best. Large is too tight on me and I like my shirts loose fitting. I would say XL would be more comfortable and the length of the shirt and sleeves would fit better as well.
