Is this product cruelty free?

Great question! Yes! Saalt Cups are not tested on animals (unless some of our friends and family count. 😉 Bad joke, we know.)

Bought one at the end of November, the stem broke off while removing it. Is there a way to get it replaced or do I need to repurchase?

Not positive about the replacement, but the stem isn’t supposed to be used for removal. It is there to help you check for a suction seal and locate the cup. Pinching the bottom of the cup breaks the seal for removal and then you hold there to pull the cup out of you.

Does the Saalt cup wash come with it? Or is that a separate purchase?

Great question! When you order a Saalt Soft it comes with the cup specified in the order and a cute cloth bag to store your cup in when not in use. The Saalt Wash is a separate item and as such would need to be purchased separately.

im a small person never given birth my period is normal i have no idea where my cervix lies what size would i get?

It sounds like a size Small would be a great place to start, but we highly encourage you to measure your cervix. Those with a high cervix find that a size Regular is easier to remove as the body of the cup is longer and easier to reach.
