Why hasn't the manufacturer addressed the comments about facial burns? Did the customers leave the product on too long?

Facial burns? I have no such experience, in fact I keep it on a little longer than the manufacture recommended time because I realise that when I do so it keeps the colour longer.Well, now am wearing my greys and I feel good about it -no longer pretending.

My beard turns red when exposed to sunlight and i don't really like it, will this dye fix that?

If you use a shade darker than your natural color, Just For Men Mustache & Beard can darken your hair. Since our colors are deposit-only, it will not lift and lighten someone's natural hair color. Hope that helps.

Great product! What is the music (song title) playing in the background of the demonstration video?

Refer to the manufacturer's advertising team.

I’m not happy with my results. I used to get rid of a purple tine from another dye. Is there a way to remove the dye ?

I'm certain you could use a color remover to get it out. Purple should fade quickly, though, depended what you used to dye.
