Justwhat I expected in flavor. Delicious and fresh... I use this in any dishes...I love to make chicken satays, fried rice. I marinade my drumstick in it (could do breast meat) and put it in the oven. It is not GF for those with gluten sensitivity. I would recommend if you are looking for an authentic flavor for you soy based meats.
