Where can i get parts for this egs? i need one of the panel switches and a vu meter?

Most parts can be bought here on Amazon and other larger online retailers. The rocker switch is item EGS20RSA and the meter is EGS3750WMNS.

I presume it is OK to mix and match 120v and 240v circuits in the switch? My well pump is 240v while all other are 120v while considering balance.

Yes. I have a 55 kw generator. I use 2 220v circuits one is water heater other is dryer. Turn of water heater when using drier. Refrig and microwave and coffee maker are opponent legs. Split computer and TV with the light on the other circuits. No issues with balance

Will this power an a/c system if generator is big enough?

Yes, but you have to be selective on what your powering! You can't run everything, have to stay with in it's limits!
