Masterchem Industries 46260 Smooth Paint, White

Pretty hard to apply so far. I am using it on a horse trailer with some rusty areas. It was prepped with sanding etc and we took the paint down to local hardware to have it shaken before painting. Have applied it with temps low 80's and mid 70's but both times paint seems sticky and hard to apply. Used roller, paint pad and good quality brush so far but pretty much same results all around. We did not paint in the sun, but in shaded area. After getting it on it seems to run very easily in kind of a sliding lumpy fashion but really is too sticky to smooth. We are painting on a vertical surface. I am super counting on it encapsulating the rust because it is not going to be pretty. That is for sure. Note that the smell is very bad. Do not use inside! Also, coverage does not seem to be what is promised on the can. We stored the paint inside and did not let it sit in the sun.

This is some tough paint, I only had one problem with it, roll on. with a foam roller it runs, with a 3/8 roller it is rough finish. I suggest sticking with directions precisely. I have been so far impressed with the strength and rust resistance.

I really like this product for rusty surfaces. It's better than rustoleum, by far. I also like the glassy finish.

Great product. Consistency of Elmers Glue. Follow the directions and you'll get great results.
