Does this come with the cap? A few reviewers said it didn't, and I want to use it for travel.

I just received the travel size today and it doesn’t have a cap on it. I really don’t want to pack it with no cap on it.

For our Sebastian Potion 9 it has a shelf life of 3 years from manufacture date or 1 year once it is opened and used. I have fine thin hair, will this product help give it fullness?

Hard to say. I have thick, curly, dry hair. It does add volume and some moisture to my hair. Sorry, not much help.

Can a heated curling iron be used after blowing hair dry.
