These are absolutely beautiful! They're exactly what I was looking for. I only purchased one but immediately ordered another one after I received it. DEFECTIVE Product.
I purchased this item for a floral arrangement delivery that was scheduled for today. I noticed this morning while arranging that there was a crack where the water was coming out. As embarrassing as it was, I had to deliver the item defective but the customer requested a discount.With this being said, I would like to request a new one so I can make things right for our customer.Please advise.
