They don't even remotely stick to a paw. I cut the hair back, washed the pad, got it dry, and put it on. The dog barely is out of the room before one of them falls off. You can barely put any pressure to pull them off. Had the dog walk to one end of the house and another fell off. He hasn't even made it outside yet and two are off. The first step onto cement immediately pulled the 3rd pad off.I can see how the pads would certainly help; however, whatever is used to stick them to the pad is less effective than a sticker in a child's sticker book.

I bought to help with stability on slick floors. Maybe more for paw protection

Great idea, but they just don't stay on! Trying different techniques to make them better.

These are a must in our home! My 80lb baby boy refuses to walk through the first floor of our house without them on. We use XL for him and cut a little bit for a perfect fit.

Put on after cleaning and prepping my dogs feet. He walked about 10 feet when the first one came off the others didn't stay on too much longer. I also tried cutting individual pieces for each paw pad that didn't work either. Just couldn't get them to stay on. Still trying to find a solution. My dog twists his rear feet when he walks and is very large (240 lbs.) I realize this is more a problem with my dog and not the product.

They worked great for my 10 year old German Shepherd who was having a real hard time getting up on our tile floor

They don't stay on at all, waste of money...
