Golden alternative for Metformin

Berberine.
It does what it is meant for. It's expensive for ppl suffering from Diabetes to have it on regular basis. Metformin is just Rs 6 from Jan Aushdhi for 10 Tabs. As per Dr David Sinclair it's a wonderful drug. Although it is found that it may cause B12 deficiency. One just needs to take B12 supplements or eat food full of B12.So price is a deterrent for ppl who want to replace Metformin with Berberine.

It's absolutely good
I have been using it for taking care of insulin resistance and pre-diabetic situation. In a month itself I have reversed insulin resistance and pre-diabetic condition. This can work on people with diabetes as well, have to be very cautious and consult a doctor before switching if needed. I take this 3 times a day after meals with 4 hours gap. It also helped in losing some weight.

Helps in reducing blood suger level
My fasting blood sugar was 150 , 3 months before , , but reduced to 80 with in weeks time after eating 2 tabs per day. You must try taking this tablet and practice intermittent fasting of at least 12 hours , then only you can see the results .
