Does anyone know if these work to stop grinding your teeth while weightlifting?

How long is the lanyard? He's flag football so it has to pin to his shirt and still allow full range of head motion. Thanks.

We did not use the lanyard. It would not give enough slack to be pinned to a shirt. This is designed for on a helmet. My son plays flag and this worked fine for him.

Can you remold this mouth guard?
