Just like the title says. Great phone holder. Standing the test of time and doesn’t see to be stopping any time soon. Love all the adjustable wheels as well to make it stay firmly in place. Simple and effective!

My husband is a Pipeliner and I bought him this for Christmas 2020. I had been looking for a cell phone holder that was strong enough to make it through the rough terrain he has to dry on an everyday basis, but also made it easy for him to be hands free and talk to me on his way to and from work. This Universal Phone Holder was absolutely ALL OF THE ABOVE! It has major suction power which allows it to stick wherever he feels comfortably attaching the phone and it stays without having to replace it over and over again. The adhesion is strong enough to hold the phone holder in place till he decides to move it. This is also one of the easiest, by far, phone holders to use! One snap and the holder is in place and with one more snap the phone is placed inside the holder for the easiest and quickest access to his phone, but while staying completely hands free and making sure to put his and other driver’s safety at upmost importance and as priority #1! He loved this holder so much indeed, we had to order another one for our 16 year old daughter’s vehicle! Absolutely a genius product, that we would definitely recommend to anyone! Wonderful product!!n

Good quality, mount holds strong.

First of all, I did not receive this product for free or discount, I've never communicated with the people who make it, etc. I.e. this is a real review. I say that because I am going to very highly praise this product. After buying 5 other car cell phone holders of various types, I FINALLY found one that works in every way. I have a smaller car, a 2002 Miata SE. It has smaller circular air vents. Its dash has very little smooth flat space at all. And I didn't want something stuck to the windshield since, as a small car, that would obstruct too much view. I"ve purchased 3 air vent phone holders. They all had the issue of eventually sliding off of the air vents, no matter how much I tightened them down, as I hit bumps in the road, adjusted the phone, etc. Plus they obstructed the air flow of the vent. I then tried a couple of holders that went into the CD slot on the CD player. But both of them covered the digital clock/radio station display. So I read a lot of reviews and tried this one, honestly without very high expectations. But it stuck easily and VERY firmly to the spot on the dash I selected, even thought it wasn't perfectly flat. It is stuck on there VERY solidly. The mechanism for holding the phone is brilliant, simple but secure and doesn't require any magnets in the phone case back. The phone adjusts easily in terms of positioning the arm, the tilt of the phone, etc. Oh, and the phone holder mechanism provides plenty of space for any charging cord to attach to the phone. I wish I'd purchased this one before my cross country drive 4 months ago! Where my phone holder twice fell out of the air vent it was attached to (And I was constantly having to readjust the phone position.) 5 stars all the way. Be happy to answer questions.

I have been using this phone holder for almost 1 year and 8 months now, until yesterday! First of all, it does the job in most cases. However, it’s NOT a sturdy product. The joints becomes loose time to time and you may end up having to tighten it every now and then. The phone tends to pop out of the holder sometimes. Although it’s very infrequent, it happened to me at least 3 or 4 times and it is a dangerous thing when you are driving. The worst part of the product is the adhesion. It melts in summer temperature and creates a whole lot of mess. It could not survive even a single day in the Florida summer temperatures and whole adhesion melted completely, creating a whole lot of mess on my dashboard. Not recommended if you are in a region that has high temperatures during the summer. Overall, it’s a flimsy product and I am sure you can find better products in the market than this.

I have purchased 4 of these. They hold a phone well (iphone 12 and iphone se), and I love the arm extension, and the one handed easy on / off to put your phone in and remove it. We had one in every car, and a spare. I bought the spare because the adhesive started melting in my work van that is parked outside. Then tonight, the one in my Acura mdx came off because the adhesive started un-sticking, and this car stays parked in garage every night. Another one the suction spring broke out. I wish they would give you a spare suction piece because the suction and adhesive has been a problem on 3 of them. If they could fix that, this would be the best phone holder on the planet, and I would tell everyone I know about them. Hopefully they will reach out to me and send me a couple suction/adhesive pieces, because the rest of it is fantastic, and I'd happily edit my review. Unfortunately at the moment, I now have 1 in use, and 3 sitting in a box with broken or bad adhesive / suction pieces , which of course makes them un-usable.

Not sure why there are complaints about it coming off, not adhering, coming loose. The suction cup is actually a 2-adhesion concept. First there is the sticky/tacky round surface. The second part is suction. There is a lever in the back that you must push all the way down until it "clicks" into position. This creates a very strong suction hold. Reasons why it might not hold: 1. People did not follow directions to clean and dry surface of dashboard where they will be placing it. If there is dirt, dust or something oily, like Armor All, the adhesion will not be tight and this would probably cause less suction as the suction depends on good adhesion. 2. They are not pushing the suction level down all the way until it "clicks" into place at the bottom. This would cause the suction be unstable and prone to giving out easily. As to reports of the part that holds the phone drooping, not extending enough, extending too much. It is not a telescopic arm in that sense. Rather, it is "telescopic" in the sense that it can pull out a few inches, go up or down or to the right or left a few inches, such that most people can find a position for their phone that is easy for them to see, but does not block their front view in any significant way. My phone plus case is heavy. Been using it for months now. No problems at all. Definitely a very good purchase for the price.

This item really works. I drive it motor coach and can't have anything attached to any part of the windshield. I attached this phone holder to the side window, and with the 90 degree turning radius it has it works out perfectly. Also even though I sometimes have to drive down very badly pot holed roads it has never slipped out of the holder. I also use my phones GPS directional locater and it. stays right at the eye level position it was placed at. I've had others and they didn't work anywhere as well as this one. In short, well worth the price. This is an addendum to the previously written review I posted back in July. I will stick by my previous review with one exception. I find that you cannot adjust the face plate to lay back enough so your phone doesn't look like it's going to fall forward off of the holding plate. Also the secondary part attached to the window attachment seems too loose so you can't adjust it to stay in one position. If these things where fixable you would still have a great phone holder.

This product was easy to install. I wish it had the option to twist sideways on the base after you have mounted it without uninstalling to re-position.
