Could be better, but not terrible.
What to say about this... I have 2 Pitbulls. They play and run a lot. When you put these Paw Pads on your dogs, just realize that your dog won't be able to separate their paws. (Which dogs dig in dirt to claim turf, by the sweat glands between their paws) my dogs found these very uncomfortable. It was great for short walks on a hot day, but not when they are at the dog park, or in the back yard. Maybe if you cut the paw pad into individual pieces, and place them directly on the paws, it would be better, but I used 4 on each dog just once, and haven't used anymore since. I think I ended up throwing them away :/ I love the concept of this product, but unfortunately it's just too unnatural for doggys. :(

The best I have found.
I have a 15 pound, 15 year old dog. She has very long legs and is losing muscle mass. She is still full of energy and has bursts of youthful play, therefore lots of slipping. When she slips, she can get hurt. I cannot put carpet and rugs everywhere and these pads are pretty amazing! I have tried other pads, grit grip, shoes, and a non toxic spray. These pads are my go-to product. They are no mess and, depending on weather, can stay on for up to a week. (Obviously less time in rainy weather) For best results, trim the paw hair around and between the pads and keep it short. The pads stay on longer and are not painful to remove when paw hair is trimmed short. Start the pad placement at the top of your dogs paw near toenails. Paws must be clean and dry if you want them to stay on longer.

Happy Doggy!!!
I just moved into a new home about 2 months ago. When I built the house my plan was to do all hard floors so that they would be cleaner and easier to pick up the hair from my 3 dogs. After moving in my two little dogs who are 3 years old did just fine on the floors. However, my large 80 pound Bluetick Coonhound who is 10 years old has been having a horrible time. She really wants to be with me but when I move rooms she stopped trying to follow me because it was too hard for her to walk. She was sliding all over the floor. She has fallen a couple times and had many times that she would struggle to stay on her feet. I was getting really worried she was going to horribly injure herself. I tried the socks with the anti-slip on the bottom. Not only did they keep falling off within minutes of putting them on. She HATED having them on which was leading her to walk funny and still almost fall. I also tried putting things on the floor as walking paths. However anywhere there was not something she would attempt to run to the next, which would cause her to fall again.Enter the Paw Savers. To put them on you have to make sure the hair on the bottom of the paw is short. (That was probably the worst part about these. She does not like her paw being messed with) After that you just stick the Paw Saver on. Press it on firmly. Then them walking around presses it on more securely. Let me remind you she HATES having things on her paw and HATES having her paws even touched. These do not bother her at all. She does not care that they are on. She doesn't fight me when I put new one on. I have not seen her this happy since I moved in. She spent the rest of the day joining me and the other dogs wherever we were in the house. She was immediately running from room to room and not one slip. (Let me say also she is not a running type of dog) I took a video and sent it to a friend without saying anything. My friend immediately wrote back "Wow! She is running on the floor and not slipping. What did you use?"I put them on her on a Friday evening and did not have to replace until about Wednesday the following week. I have seen some people say they last a day and some a week. I think it completely depends on the level of activity you dog has and avoiding them getting wet outside.I will be buying this product again. So happy to have it! My sweet doggy is VERY happy to have these.

Great idea - Poor execution
Don't waste your money on these! I got these for our two dogs. The pads were fairly easy to put on but they did not last long at all. One dog has hip issues and could really use some traction. The pads came off her paws within a half day. The other dog had a bit more success but within 1-2 days the pads got holes in them and fell apart. Neither dog is hyper active. I contacted the seller with my experiences and they never even bothered to get back to me. Great idea but poor execution make these a BIG waste of money. A seller who will not back their product or acknowledge a complaint raises a red flag for me. Poor product and No customer service whatsoever.

Great buy - works for my large dog!
I was skeptical about these 'stickers' that one reviewer noted you can buy and cut to size your own from an arts and crafts store. But these work wonders for my 12 year old 73 pound golden retriever! His back end struggled going up and down our steep slate steps to the back yard and getting up on our wood floors - not anymore! They've been on for 4 days and only 1 is starting to peel a little. He didn't seem to notice they were even on right off the bat! While he was standing I placed the pad on the floor then squished his paw onto it - boom done! We trimmed very well his paw hair first though. Our 4 year old dog didn't like it one bit but he doesn't need them - we were just testing them out! I think they work well because of my dogs weight - you need the pressure for them to be sticky to the floor. A little 10 pound dog might not have enough pressure to be effective. *****Edit - These stayed on so well but after a week they wear thin and you should remove them. Because of Charlie's low foot hair it really stuck to it but the hair needed to be trimmed anyway. I still think these are incredibly helpful they gave my old dog major traction! Just trim the hair as much as you can or it might hurt pulling them off when you need to replace them.

This was the first time I purchased a product like this for my dogs paws
This was the first time I purchased a product like this for my dogs paws. This is terrible. In fact, my dog laid there and chewed them off. They were too thick and made her walk clumbsily. I will never purchase these again. I wish I could get my money back for the unused portion. I found another product that just fit the pads and is very light and thin. It has super holding power, meaning, they hold up under the weight of my 12 year old lab. Plus, they do not seem to bother her at all.
