I was getting this product from my doctors office, and it was too many changes going on with getting the product. I have been taking the calcium for about 4 years now, and the pills are big, but, I have a certain way I swallow them without any problems. I like the subscription availability on Amazon which saved me a few dollars, and it the same product, so I’m a satisfied customer.

I bought this vitamin because of the ingredients. In my search, it had the exact amount of Calcium Citrate with vitamin D that my body needed. Calcium Citrate absorbs more easily than calcium carbonate. Since the cancer illness (years) I went through my body has needed calcium. I have been very pleased how my body been feeling of lately. I have been feeling better and not as achy. I have given this vitamin all the credit for helping me through my recovery. Healthy foods helps but this great vitamin has given me a lot help! Thanks.

I was recently told my calcium was low and that I need a supplement. This one came quickly and I have been using as described but I won’t be able to say if it helped because I can’t buy a second bottle. The dosage is 4 per day and they are huge and hard to swallow. If you have ever had to take potassium…it’s like that. I struggle through these twice a day, but I won’t be buying again

If you don't have trouble swallowing large pills these are easy to take. I take mine with water and vitamin D3. I like the slow-release and take 2 tablets once a day for convenience. They don't taste bad. Good value for money. A bottle lasts 3 months taken this way.

I had bariatric surgery last December, it was recommended I take the chewable ones, I couldn't get past a week. The chewable were so chalky that it felt like I had a gob of yuck in my mouth and would trigger my gag reflex. These are so easy to swallow, they are not that big, and do not irritate my stomach like most pills would.

I have a hard time swallowing these. The recommended amount is 2 twice a day and it’s hard to take down one let alone 4. Especially for bariatric consumers, we’re dealing with a small tummy and the only way to take these down is with a big gulp. Otherwise I feel fine once they’re down. I may find another brand to see if they are any smaller.
