Angels Eyes takes a while
I bought angels Eyes for our ten year old cockapoo ( we think that's what he is) because he was starting to get stain marks on his left eye only but more importantly because he had three red spots on him the worst of which was on his left hind quarter. Murph would gnaw and lick on this spot for weeks enlarging it. Now after five weeks of Angels Eyes mixed in with his wet-n-dry food daily the red below his right eye is almost gone and his hind quarter is dark red as opposed to a lighter red as before. I'm guessing this dark red spot will eventually disappear over time though Murph still gnaws at it less frequently. I do also feed him one capsule of lecithin for dry skin daily because I heard Howard Epstein talk about lecithin being good for dry skin and nervousness on his Pet Show radio program.

Great product!
My Maltese doesn't have hardly any tear stains since using this product. He has used it and the previous version for about 6 years. I was worried when Angels Eyes switched to the Natural version, but it works just as well. I have been using this natural version since 5/2015. I won't say he doesn't have any tear stains because he does have a little, but they are in the very inside corners of his eyes and are not noticeable. I comb the hair under his eyes with a flea comb daily and that combined with the Angels Eyes prevent ugly tear stains. My vet said it changes the composition of the tears so they are not red and has no worries about using this product. It also lasts a very long time. I use the recommended amount and I am still using the bottle I purchased 5/2015. This picture was taken Halloween 2015.

Very little improvement
I've been faithfully feeding this to my Maltipoo for about 4 weeks now and I have seen just a tiny bit of improvement. My sister made more progress by combing out the hair around the eyes and using a Q-tip to dab at the brown stain. In fact, it looks like that's going to actually work really well. I don't know what the active ingredient is in this stuff as they do not say... but I'll continue to try it until it runs out. Updated: This didn't work at all, or so little as to be undetectable. Asked my vet about it and she wasn't impressed. Told me to take a q-tip and saturate with peroxide lightly around the eyes being oh so careful not to actually get anything into the eyes. That's working much better...still not perfect. But much much better.

Works Good!
I am have a very sweet maltipoo, that gets goop in her eyes. My vet recommended this product.I like it, I have had her on this for about 2 years, and I use it every other day. Just a teaspoon in her wet food works fine, she loves it. I would recommend getting the "natural" one...only because I hate chemicals, and I hate to give my precious baby chemicals to stop her eye sweat.

Works Well
We've been using this product for the past 4 years. We have a small white dog. I've found by using this & giving her bottled water, there is very little staining & that can be wiped away with a wash cloth. I think it works well, she doesn't have any of that rust color you see around the eyes of so many white dogs

Cure for "Crusties"
Not sure this formula is the same as the chicken flavor I have used in the past, but seems to still work. Takes 4-6 weeks to "kick in" but daily use definitely reduces the "crusties" at the corners of my little girl's eyes. The measuring scoop that comes with it is really too long to fit properly in the bottle.

Not as good
I have used Angel Eyes a while ago for my Maltese, it seemed to work after the second week of use. I have been using this one for about three or four weeks. It didn't work on either one of my dogs. This is also the first time I have used a flavored one. I don't know if this makes a difference or not. I did like that it came with a free scoop but as I said I'm not happy with the results this time. They both still have stained paws & face.

Love this stuff
Love this stuff! Works great for my little white Maltese. I just put a teaspoon on his regular food, mix a little water and he eats it just fine. Only downside is that after about a year, the stains do come back and you have to reuse.
