Using for assistance in pull-up training
When I first opened the package, I thought, "Dang, that's Big rubber band." And it is. Most of my adult life Iove been overweight and understrong.Though I started changing that a year or two ago, I still lack the right muscles(especially the lats) to do unassisted pull-ups. I can do dead hangs from the bar, but negatives are difficult - I just drop too quickly.The loop works excellently for the first 80% of the pull up, but then Iove gotta use more actual muscle. I'm starting to learn how to recruit my lats more, and am making progress.

Satisfied with its durability and function.
I ordered purple drag bands to assist with pull-ups and occasional moving work, and was pleased with its durability and functionality.The strip is of the right length, allowing for proper stretching and pulling, with only a little mischief, letting the foot into it, but not too long, when you reach the bottom of the eccentric part of the movement that fails.The only thing that would make this wristband better is if it had something to close quickly or a carry case/sleeve between USES, because if I didn't fold it up and tie it with a rubber band, it would go crazy in my gym bag.

For serious workout in a small space
I bought this band for the 14-day quarantine after an int'l travel. This orange band (80-230lb) and the grey one (100-250lb) are for you if you have some experience in free weights and want to do some exercise for the strongest part of your body. You can sit on the floor and do one-leg press and row, or stand up and do chest press while you are away from the gym. To exercise the whole body, it is better to have a set of bands, including the lighter ones.

Great training aid
Really great training band. The product arrived very quickly and the quality of the product is exactly what I wanted.I'm using this to assist in pull and dips once l've met failure. This band helps me to crank out just a few more of the exercise when I'm really fatigued. It is also a wonderful aid for those who cannot complete a pull-up yet. Use this and you' II get where you want to.

Great band for various exercises
Use it for many exercises. Would recommend getting a door attachment, then your possibilities are endless. Have the yellow, red and black bands.
