Strong. Beware.
This is one strong inhaler. It singed the inside of my nasal passage. but it works brilliantly on blocked noses, and opening up those sinuses.

Seems genuine - unique smell
This product seems genuine..I can't put my finger on what the smell is (some fruit?) but it is not unpleasant; in fact it is strongish as a cold-relieving inhalant shld be... Worth it i think...basically this is a Vicks sized bottle with the herbal inhalant inside a netted bag...so you inhale on the top of the netting after opeining cap.
