Postpartum must have
I got these for postpartum after having my first child. For pp underwear, I had these, a similar mesh version from the hospital, and disposable diapers, and these were by far my favorite. They’re the most comfortable, allow me to put a maxi pad or pp pad in them, plus any witch hazel or peri ice packs in the underwear without any mess or spillage. The waistband is stretchy and breathable, and goes over the bottom of my stomach comfortably. I will definitely get these again when I have my second kid in the future.

Lifesaver postpartum
Omg these were so nice postpartum! They are soooo comfortable and soft. Compared to the hospital diapers these things were heaven! They held pads in well and didn’t move and cause spillage! They fit so well! I also felt like they had good enough coverage to walk a round the house with just these. I would wear these any day!

Postpartum bestfriend
I literally lived in these during postpartum! Super comfortable, flexible, and perfectly high waisted. The fit held tightly and definitely supported me through my postpartum recovery. Highly recommend and worth every dollar! Very durable.

Postpartum Essential I didn't skip the second time around
These were a postpartum non-negotiable for me! I now have two little ones under two, and while there were several postpartum products I chose not to repurchase the second time around... these were absolutely not one of them. For reference, I'm 5'7" with a shorter torso. I ordered the Medium, which arrived labeled as S/M. I went into labor at 212 lbs. and had only lost about 10 pounds after delivery, so I was initially worried about the fit. They ended up being incredibly comfortable and stretchy without feeling restrictive. I could also wear them under my maternity yoga shorts without feeling like I had a giant diaper on. I loved them so much that I ordered a second box and wore them through my first two weeks postpartum. Being disposable made recovery so much easier—one less thing to worry about during those exhausting early days. One thing to note is that I typically prefer pads with wings, so I experienced a little shifting at times since these work best with wingless pads. Also, when changing your pad, peel it off gently. If you repeatedly pull the adhesive off too aggressively, the material around the seam can start to wear or tear. I even purchased again for my first postpartum period because they were so much more comfortable than regular underwear. If you're building your hospital bag or baby registry, I highly recommend adding these. They've become one of the few postpartum products I'll continue buying and recommending to other moms!

Comfortable and Worth It
Comfortable and Worth It These are definitely worth it! They’re very comfortable, and I really like the texture. They’re soft and not itchy at all, which is especially nice for postpartum recovery. I’m very happy with them!

Must have for postpartum
A postpartum essential. Something I will note (because as a first time mom I didn’t know this)- these do not have a lining in them to catch anything. I thought maybe the panties themselves were absorbent, but you do have to wear a pad with them. I still highly recommend them because they are comfortable, they keep your pad and/ or cooling agents in their proper place, and they are breathe able.

Sizing Help from a Freshly Postpartum Momma
Waning to write this review for other soon to be mommas! I was not sure what size, for reference, when I gave birth I was 252 lbs, 5’4”. I got XL and they fit great! Still kept the pad snug without feeling tight. I NEEDED these in the hospital, because for a bigger girl those hospital ones are NOT one size fit all, they didn’t even go over my bum. In about 2 weeks I dropped to 223 lbs and still wearing the XL. They stretch but not in an uncomfortable cut off circulation kind of way. I love these and really have made my postpartum better.

Great Comfort… But Mixed Results for Sensitive Skin
I recently tried the Frida Mom disposable postpartum underwear as part of my recovery essentials, and overall I think they’re a solid choice for new moms — with a few caveats. First off, they’re really comfortable and easy to use. The material is soft and stretchy, giving good coverage and holding pads in place without being too tight, which was nice especially during the early postpartum days when comfort is everything. Many people find them way more comfortable than the mesh or generic options given at the hospital. Babylist +1 That said, I did notice some mixed experiences from other moms online, especially with skin sensitivity. A few reviewers report irritation or rashes, and that’s something to be aware of if you have sensitive skin or plan to wear them for long periods. Another thing worth mentioning is that because they’re disposable, you do go through them quickly — which makes them convenient but also means they’re not the most cost-effective for long recovery periods. They’re good for the first week or two, especially when bleeding is heavier. Bottom line: These are comfortable, well-designed postpartum underwear that work great for keeping pads secure and feeling more confident in those early days — just be mindful of possible skin irritation and the disposable nature before you buy.

So comfy
These were great postpartum, felt secure in holding pads. They were super comfortable and supported the parts you needed support for post birth. I used for the first week post birth and highly recommend.

Comfy - absolutely worth it
I absolutely loved these during my postpartum recovery. They’re a snug fit but still super comfortable, and the high waist offers gentle support for your belly. The material is incredibly soft and doesn’t leave any elastic marks, so you both look and feel good. Putting these on each morning was such a nice boost.

Postpartum must have!
Second time purchasing this item. A must have for post partum recovery! It is soft, stretchable and airy. Extremely comfortable to wear, it’s hard to believe it’s meant for one-time use.

A must buy!
Excellent postpartum disposable undies. Very lightweight, breathable, and stretchy. I'm 6ft, 220lbs and they were so comfortable on me after I gave birth. Great product!
