Simple but delicious
First time trying "Passata", and now I am kicking myself. For the ignorant like me, Passata is comprised solely of fresh tomatoes and salt, and it is uncooked (which I did not know). Perfectly smooth. It is thicker than tomato juice but thinner and more liquid than tomato paste. The salt is at the perfect level. Wonderful product

EXPENSIVE for the Size
Great tasting, but these are really small containers, so I advise comparing against other products for weight. This is really expensive!!!
