Does it help the smell from the under boob sweat?

Definitely helps the smell, sweat, and redness that can happen after a few days without bathing. (I know that sounds gross, but working at home and not going anywhere, you can forget when the last time was.) Best purchase ever!

How is this any better than using regular old deodorant under my breasts? Is there some benefit that this product provides that deodorant doesn’t?

You should check with your doctor about using deodorant under your breast. I really don’t think you should. I like this product because it works very well keeping you dry under your breast.

Is this lotion good to use in groin area too? I read powder is not a bargain.

I don't believe so. I have lichen sclerosis which can be itchy in the groin area that I use a prescribed medication for when needed. I also use Oregano Gold bar soap that helps relieve the itching.
